Makran Range
Makran is basically coastal desert in Baluchistan (province) the southwest part of Baluchistan is consist of Makran range it is famous for lime stone extraction. It touches with the coast of Arabian sea and Gulf of Oman. Actually there are three main ranges in Baluchistan Central Makran range, Makran coastal range, and Siahan range. Avarege height of those mountains is 1500 meters and highest peak is about 3000 meters.
Kirthar Mountain Range
About Range
Kirthar mountain range is present in Baluchistan and Sindh (provinces). It touches Arabian sea in west of Karachi. It is also known as Kirthar national park which is one of largest wildlife reserves in Sindh. Kirthar is highest mountain peak of the Sindh while the 2nd highest peak is Kutte-ji-Kabar which is almost 6880 feet high. The local people of Kirthar range are known as Brahui, Sindhi, and Balochi tribals.
National Museum Of Pakistan
It is located in Karachi, Sindh province of Pakistan. The basic objective of establishing National Museum was to collect, preserve, record and exibit the cultural history of Pakistan and the museum has collection of 58,000 old coins. There are 11 galaries in the museum.
Mohatta Palace
The Mohatta Palace is located in Karachi. It was completed in 1927. It was built by Shivratan Chandraratan mohatta and the architect of the palace is Agha Ahmed Hussain. The palace has an area of 18,500 sq ft.In 1995 it was purchased by the Government of Sindh for its conversion into a Museum devoted to the arts of Pakistan. Formally the museum was opened in 1999.
